By using this website, operated by UTD Asia Pte Ltd ("UTD Asia", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore at 80 Playfair Road, #02-13C, Singapore 367998, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
This website is provided to give information about UTD Asia and the products and services we supply — Ryobi door closers and architectural hardware, and motion and dispensing systems. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to sell; product availability, specifications, and pricing are confirmed directly with our team through a formal quotation.
The UTD Asia name, logo, and original content on this website belong to UTD Asia Pte Ltd. RYOBI, GEOPRO, Doorman, and related product names, images, and catalogue documents are trademarks and copyright of Ryobi Limited, used on this website by UTD Asia in its capacity as Ryobi's authorised builders' hardware distributor in Singapore.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information on this website accurate and current. Specifications, certifications, and pricing are, however, subject to change without notice and should be confirmed with us before you place an order.
Certain pages link to catalogues, manuals, or pages hosted by Ryobi Limited on ryobi-group.co.jp. These are operated independently by Ryobi, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
This website and its content are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, UTD Asia is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, including reliance on information that is later found to be inaccurate or out of date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute arising from your use of this website is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
